I tried to play around with page breaks, set printer area, print selection but it looks like whatever I’m doing, in the printer window I will see “printing page 200 out of 15” or “30 out of 3” and so on.. If i’m printing just a few pages (5-6), evenif the page count goes up the job finish OK, but after the 7th or so pages when the counter is passing 200 or so the job just stops and not responding. Where the heck are those pages come from ?
Never happened to me and I think I’m pretty handy with Excel. I reinstalled the printer.

From the same PC, I have no problems printing to a network printer, I downloaded the latest printer driver from HP and reinstalled the printer again.
The printer is a local HP DJ842
If I try to print let’s say 4 pages, I can see in the Printer status window that it goes : “printing pages 1 of 4, 4 of 4, 8 of 4 and so on. When it printed the 4 pages, the job dissapear and everything is OK But if I want to print15 pages the count goes up to 200 and over and the printing stops.
print preview shows 4 pages, I was trying to only print selection, to set printer area… there is no extra character and yes it does the same thing with any Excel file, but only if I try to print on that local printer
