Repost of question with better Info

We are running 12 workstations with win98se and one server pIII 700 256mb three hd running NT4 service pack 6. We also have a dsl router and 24 port hub. We have been getting disk or network errors on certain machines and very slow access in our Access 2000 database (up to 5 MIN) We are using the NetBEUI protocol and DLC for two of the three printer. I feel we are not using the network the best we can. What are we doing wrong?
