Repost – Outlook 98 Custom Form

I have created a custom form in Outlook 98 with additional telephone entries. I used the existing controls (PhoneXLabel & PhoneXButton) that had not been used. I need to edit the label names (ISDN, Car, Radio, etc.) to conform with specialized needs. Can someone assit?
