Require checkboxes on access form

Hello everyone. New member here. I have this access database with two forms. The first is a sign in form that students use to sign in to the accademic success center. The second form is what they use to sign out when they are done. It is this second form that is the concern. The second form has a series of check boxes for the students to indicate what they worked on while they where there. It needs to be required that the student check at least one checkbox before sumbmitting the form. They sumbit the info by clicking a button to add a new record. If submit the record without checking the at least one box the student be made aware and record not saved. I hope I explained this well enough. My database knowledge is limited. Thanks everyone.
