Reset/Remove/Reinstall IE7. Before in revolt

HELP!! My factory installed IE7 has been corrupted somehow. I’ve tried “Reset” three times to no avail. I have screenshots of the error(s). The start up page http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx will not go away. I can navigate away from it, however, links don’t work, FlashPlayer doesn’t work, and it fails at the point during “Reset” something about the “User Customizations”???

I cannot delete it and start fresh, or can I? Please help.
