Restoring .pst file in Outlook 2000

How do you restore the .pst file for Outlook 2000, so that it includes the calendar information?

I have restored the inbox by Importing the .pst file into the proper subdirectory, but no calendar, tasks, notes info?

The file was backed up using Norton GHOST.
