Return Largest Values but Omit certain values

I am currently using the LARGE formula to return my top 20 sales figures within Canada and the US.
I am then using the Index and Match formulas together to reference those large values to find the corresponding city for that vlaue.
However, I am trying to have the formulas omit Canadian cities. The data has country, and city columns followed by data columns.

Does anyone know a simple way to have the Large formula omit Canadian cities in its search for the largest values in the data set? I have several data sets for different purposes in the workbook and am trying to find a way to break up the countries via formulas instead of making seperate sources for different countries.
