Right-Click Send To problem Windows XP Media Edition 2002

I am trying to Right-Click files to use the Send To option to e-mail the file etc. When I select Send To – it gets hung up there and won’t move to the next options and then just closes. I used to have 4 options under Send To – now I can’t access them at all. Any suggestions?
