RJ45 crimp tools

Hi,
i am looking for a tool which crimps the two ends of a cat5 (or 6) onto an RJ45 connector. Now I know there is a tool available, but what I am looking for is something which will align the 8-coloured strands of wires in the cat5 cable together without me having to align it manually. Of course the sequence of colours have to be correct. I will start to do a lot of cabling and I dread to think what they’ll do to my eyes which is not what it used to be. Anyone had any experience with this please ?
