Row entry when clicking a hyperlink/cel

folks is there anyway for us to add a row or a cell when we click on a particular hyperlink or cell, on the same sheet. This is for creating decision trees for troubleshooting. Theres an initial question answerable by yes or no, and additional steps would appear under the answer that you chose. This would be repetative procedure till we get to the best solution for the said problem.
