RTL8029AS and 80… drivers – Ghost

Can anyone suggest any drivers which would work to enable us to use ghost to broadcast to client machines. We managed to make the boot disks for the Intel NICs, but can’t get any drivers for the RTL chipsets that will work
Any advise would be appreciated – buying 250 Intel NICs is not an option unfortunately.
