RTP session

I am doing a demo project on peer to peer conferencing. I used RTP session Manager in transfering captured voice. I have received streams from multiple systems on a single machine and broadcasted to all systems from there. I am hearing voice in low volume but in some of the systems its in audible range. where is the proble. Could u kindly help me in this
