hi, im using windows xp home edition and iv been searching these forums for an answer but all the related post did not solve my problem,
recently i found out i had some spyware that disabled my task manager, while i managed to fix this i then noticed that my run command was missing, i went into properties to see if some one had unchecked it from there but the option was missing.
i looked on these forums and they said to open up gpedit.msc but since im a home user i dont think i have this file on my computer, also i tried using the windows + r command but i just get an error message saying the administrator has disabled this function or something to that effect, but i am the administrator and havent disabled anything
i have also run anti spyware/virus checks which havent helped,
any information or help would be much appreciated, i think i have told you everything there is to know but if i missed anything out please tell me and ill post back
