Scams, ponzi schemes and pyramid schemes

With todays economy in the dumper and every Tom, Dich and Harry looking to make a fast buck, I ran across a flier that was being put on peoples windshields. It concerns a purported up and coming techology that will revolutionize the home with videophones over regular phone lines. Maybe someone can look at their web site (ACN.COM) and give me an idea if you think it’s legit or just a pyramid scheme.
