Security in MS access 97

hi,
I have a MS access-97 data base and also front end is MS access.when any user double click on MS access then a login form is dispayed thats ok… but if user press shift+Enter keys then he can directy view the databse file and can edit or delete forms,tables etc..how to avoid this situation
