sending a Microsoft Publisher newsletter through hotmail

I have been asked by my organization to create an e-newsletter and in order to make it fancier than a simple txt e-mail I am using microsoft publisher to create my newsletter, complete with links. Going through the help section and online guides for publisher I have been able to figure out how to send it in an e-mail if I am using microsoft outlook. My problem is that I am using the web based e-mail Hotmail. Does anybody know how I can send a “Fancy” e-newsletter with hyperlinks through web based e-mail/hotmail, whether using publisher or some other method
