Service agreements

Anybody want to sure their strategy for offering service agreements and what you can/do charge? I am outside the Cleveland, Ohio area so I am not looking to compete with anyone. Just want to start getting covered for my time to answer the simple questions from clients.
Or if you have a source to point me to that would be great also.
