Setps after Installed Active Directory

1. I’m still facing the same problem.
It seem like my XPdesktop joined the domain. But says wait while procesing and (update computer settings) and it take forever. Never gets on.
2. My Win 2000 Pro (Desktop) says Credential conficlit. or not allow to log on from this computer.

Can any hellp/provide steps after intalling Active Directory, and configure all setting for users/accounts and clints work stations settings or direct any web link that provide setps…..Thanks
Please direct me any link for the steps.
