SharePoint 2007 Editing a theme/CSS file

by steffi28 . Updated 19 years, 3 months ago

Someone has to know the answer to this one it is driving me completely insane, and at this stage even small hints are welcome.

Basically I am creating a new theme on SharePoint. I have done this by copying a theme and editing it, everything has gone fine and looks just how my boss wants it to look, until… he created a multipage meeting workspace 🙁

The multipage meeting workspace is the one with the tabs on, its hard to describe but my problem is that the area behind the tabs is white. The area where all the details go is also white, I want the area behind the tabs to be blue and they both share the same name in the CSS file .ms-mwstitlearealine

So if I change one both areas change, I want the are behind the tabs blue, is there anyway I can do this? Can I rename half of the section? It’s driving me insane as everytime I think I’ve found it I refresh the page and bam its either all blue, all white or there’s been no change at all!!

Please help me before I tear my hair out :_|
