Sharing .PST file in Mac and Windows

Hi. I am using the new MacbookPro and I have Microsoft Outlook in both WINDOWS XP version and MAC OSX. I use Parallels to switch between them.

My question is, Can I have the Outlook in both operating systems accessing the same .pst file so when I receive an email and I am in MAC mode I get it and when I am in Windows I get that too without having to download mail again? That too for Contacts I add in either operating systems to be shared.
