We have a remote office on another island (we are hawaii based) and they work in Citrix, now they have recently started complaining about their computers being slow, ie: they will be creating an email, as they are typing nothing on the screen will appear but a few seconds later the sentence will then come out.
If they are trying to open something that usually takes less than a second to open, it will lagg and take 5+ seconds.
Now we have been able to monitor around the time it has happened and theres nothing absolutely unusual. Boss is thinking its print jobs but my remote users are telling me that they arent printing anything big.
Could it be anything else? Has this happened to anyone else? We also have 2 other remote offices and we havent heard any complaints from those other remote offices.
Were stumped.. can someone suggest something? I appreciate it..
