SMC Tigerstore capacity problem

My company has purchased the SMC Tigerstore and 4 Seagate 750 GB drives. After going through the configuration we are only able to access 46GB when configured in RAID 5 or 4. I rezeroed the drives and tried RAID 0 and got 745 GB, still no where near the correct capacity.
SMC tech support gave me an FTP site to download a new firmware. The guy stressed using the new utility to upload the firmware, but I could not find a new utility to download from SMC.com. We still get the same results even with the new firmware.
Any ideas?
