Some features of video card seem to have spontaniously stopped working?

I have a Nvidia GeForce FX5200. It has served quite well for about half a year. Suddenly, it has apparently stopped using several of it’s functions (Whatever covers motion blur and particles, and possibly more).

Has it somehow overheated? Or are one of my settings misset? I have tried changing, rolling back the drivers, resetting the card in it’s slot. I haven’t reformatted my computer yet, as I’m waiting to get media to back the important information up with…
