Some items cannot be shown balloon

Does anyone know how to disable this annoying message? Every time I click on the start menu it shows me that balloon and it just annoys me.

I have 22 things currently pinned to my start menu and I have set the “Number of programs on start menu” to 30. My screen resolution is 1280 x 1024.
