Sony ICD-P320 Digital Voice Recorder

I accidently deleted a voice recording on my Sony ICD-P320 voice recorder. Is there any utility out there I can use to revover this file?

Sony provides software and a USB cable so I can transfer recordings to my PC and listen to them. Unfortunately I didn’t copy this recording over to the PC.
