Spell Checker Registry Settings Lost

My company uses Novell Groupwise as a e-mail system. We are using v.6.5.3 and on Windows XP machines the spell checker loses its registry keys. I have been to Novell’s website and they can tell me what the keys are, but not why they keep disappearing. I can restore the keys and spell checker works for a random number of days before breaking again. I have checked Group Policy to see if any of our policies were conflicting with these keys and there is no conflict. My windows 2000 machines appear to be unaffected. As our number of XP machines grows this is becoming a large problem.
