Stand Alone Project – VB.Net Express 2008

How can I create a stand-alone project in VB Express 2008 similar to that in Vb 6 standalone exe?

I need a choice to include a form, but display it only when I want and I don’t want console window to be displayed.

Or is it possible only in full version?
