Start programe .exe on booting windows

Hi, I have a client running a couple of xp machines at a satelite office. One of these machines runs a servelance system that is remotely monitored. Recently they have suffered with power outages at the remote site. Whilst there is no problem putting windows into restart mode how can I get the camera system .exe to run before win login? is it at all poss?
