Stop prompting to save changed object

I have an Access application that used to run perfect until one day when i close the form it start prompt me to save change to objects. I don’t know what cause this to happen. And I look around in all the options can’t find anything to disable that.

Here is the scienairo: I open the form, change record, and exit, it will not prompt to save objects. But, when I open the form and advance to the next record, and exit, it will prompt me to save changes to objects……

Any help or idea to fix this problem Please!
