strategy presentation for an upcoming bank’s IT dep.

I have just been asked to assume the head of IT for an upcoming Microfinance bank; recently, i was asked to come up with a Strategy presentation for the unit in relation to the microfinance bank. Can anyone give me a jumpstart as to how i could go about this.
