Stupid Questions Asked by Clients

Yesterday i got a phone call from an old dear having some problems with her computer. She told me to begin with that she couldnt get on the internet. Well it turned out that she was on the internet and she was having problems signing up to Argos… Passwords tc confusing her… Well after a 30 minute phone call and telling her to stop putting her credit card details into google search, it was time for me to go and scream quietly in a corner at this ladies inability to understand simple instructions…. As i said my goodbyes she said “Before you go deary can you just tell me which slot i put my credit card into on the pc?”

I thought these things only happened in office jokes?
