Sup720 engine goes into Rommon mode

After the IOS upgrade on Catalyst 6506, when the switch was rebooted, the supervisor landed into ROMMON mode & the switch didnot come up.
Tried to set the BOOT=pointing towards compact disk0: on rommon mode but the supervisor stats resetting it continously.

Kindly let me know what can be done
