Survey: Norton Ghost or Drive Image ?

TechRepublic Community:
This is for a windows environment, peer-to-peer network made up of non-technical users, as a backup solution/recovery solution. Please provide the pros/cons of each. I have heard a lot about Ghost from colleagues. I have already checked Symantec’s and PowerQuest site, plus TechRepublic’s archive. I would like to hear from my peers regarding both.
