svchost.exe

Hi,
In my office i am using a Network with win2000 servers and win2000 prof. as nodes. Since last week i am facing a problem in the Nodes as
::::: svchost.exe has generated Errors you may need to restart the program :::::
i close the currently working program and re-open the program (LAN Package) and its just loggin in the server but i cannot access it.

When i restart the System its working fine and again after few minutes its giving the same problem, So, i tried By formating the system but the problem still exist in the NOdes.

Please give any Suggestions or solutions to solve my problem.
