svchost.exe error

Why is it that everytime I start my internet I always encounter an error in my svchost.com?

I thought that I only encounter that during times when I run my incredimail, but now even if I dont run incredimail, I still encounter this problem.

Whenever i encounter this problem my internet slows down and then some of my internet based programs dont work. HELP!
