switching isp providers

my isp provider closed shop. i have a setup where i dial out and have qued messages forwarded through exchange5.5 /proxy sever
my web site is hosted by the isp provider.i have a static ip address for the modem and sever. what information do i needask of the alternative provider to find out if they would be capable of handling my email needs
