We have been using Ghost for quite some time to load images on several workstations at one time. When we received some new 667 mhz Dells our Tokenring Boot disk quit working. We were getting a Divide overflow error message. These are DOS boot disks which connect to our network and the Ghost server.
We were able to download a 500 mhz fix for this problem. We rocked along just fine for a while. Now we have purchased 866 mhz Dells and the network bootdisk does not work. And 3 com does not support the DOS network boot for Tokenring anymore. We are getting the divide overflow error message when the disk tries to connect to the network and launch ghost. Is there anyway we can create a DOS network bootdisk to overcome this. On our Ethernet segment the Ethernet boot disks work fine. It is too much of a hassle to Ghost the machines via Ethernet then install a tokenring card. Any ideas (I know change over to Ethernet). We have been trying for some time to get them to change.
