Symantic Ghost 2003

Would someone detail the steps needed to image an entire hard drive using Ghost? The system is going to be upgraded from an 80GB ATA 133 hard drive to a 250GB Serial HD and I’d rather not reinstall and reconfigure everything. Also, I’ve found in the past that data migration tools hardly work but I have seen our network administrator easily reimage systems at work.
