Sync laptop & DeskTop PST file on LAN

Please can someone tell me the best way to FULLY sync my Laptop and Desktop Outlook PST file, i can do this manually by dragging and dropping my PST file into the relevant folder locations, but i loose all my rules etc everytime. I would like a system that works as well as my Ipaq autosync, but i do not know of any software to do this? I run W98 se on LT and DT computers & Outlook 2000. I do not have exchange server set up nd i cannot find the SERVICES section in my tools within outlook.
Please Please HELP.
