Sync problems with PDA

I have a HP PDA running MS ActiveSync 4.1. Ever since I installed the new Daylight Savings Time patch on my PDA, my Outlook syncs with the device but no appointments show up. I have deleted the connection and recreated it but still no luck. I have even tried creating appointments on the device and tried synching then hoping that it would show up on Outlook but nothing. Has anyone experienced this issue? I have Office 2003 & Win XP Pro.
