System Process-lost delayed-write data

I keep getting his error on one of my NT/Exchange server: System process- lost delayed-write data..The system was attempting to transfer file data from buffers to \device\harddisk0\partition1\winnt\details.tmp. The write operation failed, and only some of the data may have been written to the file.

I checked the registry but couldn’t fine details.tmp. Does anybody know the problem to this? How do I fix it if it keeping popping up everyday?
