Text on every Crystal Cross-tab page

I have some difficulty in using Crystal Report. I’m using Crystal Report 9.2.0.448. I have a cross-tab report. That cross-tab spans more than 5 pages. I’d like to add static text , e.g. “Sales statistics Report” on every page. How can I do it? My Report is like that:
