That profile I see thats Supost to be me is incorect.But thats not my point

I’m having computer probloms and I’m getting the run around. I did study Networking and computer operating systems but it’s been a while. I made a mistake on the system settings in the MMC and The settings made the system have errors, the Icons don’t access the internet, and the task bar don’t show up. Plus it seems I can’t have a remote assistant connect to me. What can I do??! I’m frustrated I’m pulling my hair out.
