Third party application hosting for SMBS

Our organization has only about 15 people but has auxillary offices in two locations abroad with 2 and 4 people respectively with email services being outsourced. is it wise to just have our operations application and mssql 2000 database hosted too? should that happen, i’ll only need to maintain our active directory with one server.

what companies provide this type of service?

also, would anyone know of a contact management system apart from Goldmine?
