Time/Date Records in MSAccess

I am trying to track the date/time of when a drop-down menu was edited, and I need the information saved to a table.

The drop-down menu has the status of an order, and I want to track when the status changes.
So I would need the record number, the date/time and what the status was and was changed to saved in a table.
