To Ghost or Not to Ghost

I’ve posted a couple of questions here about ghosting problems that I’ve been having and have gotten unsuccessful results. Are there any other programs out that are comparable to Ghost 2003 that someone’s tried and can assist me with. I’m creating an image using Win and Office 2000 for Dell Optiplex 260 with a Gigabit NIC (it’s built into the motherboard)
