top web and blog design firms

I have joined a little humble web design and development company, www.spyderhost.net, in Peoria, IL.

I am looking for a list of the most successful, award-winning, peer-approved web and blog design firms, to study and learn from.

No commercial sales pitches, please, just point me in the direction to explore/research.

All I know of right now are: Digital Web, The Webby Awards, Adobe/SXSW Awards, 37 Signals, Chris Pearson, Laughing Squid, CSS Beauty.

Any tips, links, lists appreciated.
