TR feedback: Previous message arrow doesn’t function correctly at top of pg

If reading the topmost post on a TR discussion page with a number higher than one, the “arrow up” button, as well as ARROW_LEFT hotkey, both fail to function.
Obviously the non-functionality of them are perfectly ok for the first page, there are no previous pages, but it needs to be handled differently on the pages with higher numbers.
