Transfer Exchange users from one domain to another domain

Hey guys,

Our management all of sudden has decided to change our existing domain (domain.as) to another domain (domain.edu). I have about 500 Exchange users with the old domain and I am trying to figure out if there is a way to change it to the new domain on Exchange without losing any emails or mailboxes.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
