transfer Internet mail (*.mbx) to pst

I need to transfer internet mail(Microsoft Windows 95 ver) records stored under Internet mail & news Outlook Express to a Ms Outlook *.pst file.

The old records are individually stored as follows:
Each folder is stored separately e.g

inbox stored as a file_name. mbx

I also need to reansfer the PAB to the new Ms Outlook. How do I go about this.
